1. Please read the instructions and procedures carefully before you start filling the form.

Steps to be followed if fee paid through Demand Draft
  • If you want to remit the fee by Demand Draft, get ready before filling application form
  • Logon to the AIEEE website, fill the application form, note down the registration number which would be generated by system that is required for making the payment of fee.
  • Fill the details of Demand Draft.
  • Take a printout of Confirmation Page and complete as per the instruction given below.

Steps to be followed if fee paid through Credit Card
  • Keep the details of Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard) ready.
  • Logon to the AIEEE website, fill the application form, note down the registration number which would be generated by system that is required for making the payment of fee.
  • Make the payment through Credit Card and note down the payment receipt number, after successful payment of fee.
  • Take a printout of Confirmation Page and complete as per the instruction given below.

Steps to be followed if fee paid through Challan Form
  • If you want to remit the fee by Challan Form, get ready before filling application form
  • Logon to the AIEEE website, fill the application form, note down the registration number which would be generated by system that is required for making the payment of fee.
  • Select the mode of payment as Challan Form and after clicking the submit button, download the Challan Form and submit it to the bank.
  • Take a printout of Confirmation Page and complete as per the instruction given below.

Paste your two recent photographs (as given in point 6 below), sign in the specified box and send this confirmation page along with Demand Draft (In case of Examination Fee deposited through Demand Draft) by Registered/Speed Post (NOT BY COURIER) to " The Assistant Secretary (AIEEE Unit), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, IP Extension,Patparganj, Delhi 110 092" for further processing so as to reach latest by 10.01.2009 . Application received beyond this date will not be accepted.

Photograph : Firmly affix two recent high contrast passport size preferably black & white photograph (taken on or after 1.9.2008) with gum/fevicol (not to be pinned or stapled) in the space provided for it in the Application Form one duly attested by the head of the institution where the candidate is studying/passed class XII or the Gazatted officer. The photograph must indicate clearly the name of the candidate along with the date of taking the photograph. It should be without cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed. Polaroid photos are not acceptable. The photograph of the candidate should be attested by the Principal/Head of the Institution or Gazetted Officer in such a way that part of the signature is on the photograph and remaining part of the signature is on the application form. Attestation should be done on the bottom part of the photograph so that the photograph is not defaced. Candidates not complying with these instructions or with unclear photograph are liable to be rejected. Candidates may keep 6-8 identical photographs in reserve for use at the time of entrance examination/Counselling/Admission.



7. Candidates submitting applications online are required
  • to attach Demand Draft of required fee (In favour of “Secretary CBSE Delhi”, payable at Delhi).
  • to mention his/her Registration No., Name, and Address on the back of the Demand Draft .
  • to retain a photocopy of confirmation page for future reference.
  • to retain a photocopy of the Demand Draft sent.
  • to retain a photocopy of the transaction receipt if fee paid by Credit Card.
  • to retain the original receipt issued by the post office for having dispatch the Application Form.
  • the processing of applications will begin only after receiving confirmation page and fee (by Credit Card or by Demand Draft).

Date of Birth : Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1984 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handica pped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1979 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate only will be taken as authentic.



9. Procedure for Refund of fee if paid through Credit Card

If candidate has made the payment of fee through credit card & due to some unavoidable circumtances if candidate is unable to print the confirmation page and payment is again made by the candidate then following procedure may be followed to refund

  • Writedown an application by giving the details of your registration number, all transactions details date wise, address etc to "The Assistant Secretary (AIEEE Unit), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, IP Extension, Patparganj, Delhi 110 092" for refund
  • Payment would be refunded to the candidate by CBSE after the last date of submission of application form.


Note : Bank will charge 2.5% on transaction made by Credit card.

Filling of UGAT Consent Form Online

1.1

Obtaining of Demand Draft (Pre-Requisite):

You have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of giving online consent for participation in UGAT. Therefore, you must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the Online Consent Form.

You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for the inclusion of notification of requisite amount drawn in favour of 'All India Management Association-CMS' payable at New Delhi, in advance.

Consent Form submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted.

1.2

Fill Online Consent Form:

With the Demand Draft ready, you can fill online consent form. You are to exercise sufficient care while furnishing the details. Recheck before submitting online as no editing is possible after submission.

After filling the form correctly, submit the same online.

1.4

An auto-generated Registration Number is allotted to you on successful submission of online consent form and will appear on print version of the Consent Form.

1.5 Before taking the print out, save the print version of consent form using ‘SAVE AS’ function in the ‘FILE’ menu of the window.
1.6 After taking the print out, endorse your signature alongwith seal of the B-School on print version of consent form.
1.7 You must keep an additional copy of the consent form for all future reference.
2 Despatching of duly completed printout of Consent Form

Make the set of the following documents:

  • Print out of the filled online UGAT Consent Form with auto-generated Registration No. duly signed and stamped.
  • On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details
    • Institute/University Name
    • Auto-generated Registration Number
  • Copy of supporting document as to recognised Programme from approving authority/affiliating university.
  • Demand Draft of amount as applicable in favour of All India Management Association - CMS payable at New Delhi.
  • Copy of notification in Hard Copy, CD & Positives of all the pages of the notification.

Undergraduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) 2009

Introduction

Undergraduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a service being offered by Centre for Management Services (CMS) of AIMA since1998. University Department/Institutes/Colleges offering BBA, BHM, BCA, B.Sc (IT), B.Com, B.Tech etc can participate in UGAT.

The charges for including the institute's notification in the UGAT bulletin to be published in thousands of copies is the only amount to be paid by the participating institutes/ Colleges/ University Departments.

AIMA-CMS offers the following services to the Participating Institutes/ Colleges/University Departments

  1. Allotment of unique code number to the Participating Institute/ Colleges/ University Department known as MI Code to facilitate the candidates to endorse their option.
  2. Inclusion of the institute in the list of participating institutes with name, place and MI Code in the bulletin.
  3. Printing of UGAT bulletin inserting Institutes/Colleges/University Department specific notification and distributing the same for sale through over 60 outlets consisting of select AIMA Study Centres, selected Bank of Baroda Branches, etc spread all over the country.
  4. Preparation of media plan for release of newspaper advertisement to provide wide media coverage regarding UGAT and furnishing the same to the participating Institute/Colleges/University Department to synchronize the institute's promotional efforts.
  5. Advertisement in national dailies and regional newspapers listing the name of the participating Institute/Colleges/University Department. No extra charge will be levied on the Institute/Colleges/University Department.
  6. Provision of further publicity by means of posters, notices etc through over 41 AIMA Study Centres, over 58 Local Management Associations, etc.
  7. Fixing up of test centres to cover the length and breadth of the country and conduct of the test maintaining total credibility and absolute confidentiality.
  8. Arrangement of question booklets, answer sheets, etc for the conduct of the test and the test administration.
  9. Processing the result and furnishing the scores and other particulars to the institute in respect of those candidates who opt to join the particular institute. This will be both in hard copy as well as in CD.
  10. Exclusive provision of data of additional candidates only to the participating institute during the 30 days following the declaration of results, if so desired, as a prepaid service under the Management Insitute Search Service (MISS). The latest conditions and other details for availing additional data will be furnished on receipt of specific request from participating institutes/ Colleges/ University Departments.

The Paper Based Test will take place only on one day i.e., 07 February 2010 at one time slot i.e., 1000 to 1230 Hrs, whereas the Computer Based Test will take place from 13 February 2010 onwards in three time slots per day.

If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test at any city is limited, these candidates will be permitted to appear for the Paper Based Test on 07 February 2010.

No candidate is permitted to take more than one test during February 2010, though the test is administered over a few days.

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year degree course students can also apply.

To obtain MAT Bulletin and Application Form by post, send a Demand Draft of Rs. 790/- to AIMA-CMS, drawn in favour of AIMA-CMS payable at New Delhi alongwith two self-addressed slips/adhesive stickers. Send your request to The Manager - CMS, All India Management Association, Management House, 14, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003.

OR

Obtain MAT Bulletin and Application Form on cash payment of Rs 750/- at AIMA counter at Delhi (Tel:- 24653382), select Bank of Baroda Branches (BoB), AIMA Study Centres and other sale outlets.
