CAT Results By SMS

Rediff.com has launched a new service to get awaited CAT results on mobile phones through SMS.

To get CAT Exam Results,
SMS: CAT followed by RegNo followed by AppNo. to 57333
• RegNo is your Test Registration Number
• App No. is your Application No. For Example, if your RegNo is 1234567, AppNo. is 7654321
then SMS: CAT 1234567 7654321 to 57333

Gujcet 2008 - GUJarat Common Entrance Test

The education Department, Govt. of Gujarat vide Govt. Resolution No. PVSH – 102002 – 2464 – S dt. 28-7-2005 and GR of even number dt. 12-1-2006 has decided to conduct Common Entrance Test for getting admission in Degree Engineering, Diploma/Degree Pharmacy as well as Medical Course after Std. XII Science Stream. Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has been assigned to hold the Common Entrance Test 2008 (GUJCET 2008) on 10th April, 2008 (Thursday), Board has prepared an Information Booklet and Application Form for GUJCET 2008. The Booklet and Application Forms for Common Entrance Test will be available on payment of Rs. 250/- by Demand Draft from nationalized bank payable at Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad in favour of “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar”

CAT 2007 Results

The results of CAT 2007 will be available on the cat website: www.catiim.in on the 8th of January from 3 PM onwards. The scores can be accessed by keying in the test registration number and either the date of birth (preferred) or the cat application number. The IIMs that have short listed the candidate for group discussion and interviews (if so) will also be displayed automatically. However, the details of the date and venue will be available by post as well as on the individual IIMs web sites (after a couple of days).

The scores can also be obtained telephonically through the IVRS or by sending an SMS to 57333. To access the results through SMS, the candidate should send an SMS to 57333 as follows: 'CAT space registration number space date of birth (dd/mm/yy)' or 'CAT space registration number space application number"
Example: CAT 5370082 030482.

All these will be available only after 3 PM on the 8th of January 2008
