| 19th December 08 | Release of advertisement for BITSAT-2009 |
| 31st January 09 | Deadline to receive completed applications fro BITSAT-2009 at Admissions Office. |
| 15th February 09 | Test center allotment and announcement to candidates |
| 18th Feb. – 10th March 09 | Candidates to login at the BITS website and to reserve Test dates |
| 20th – 31st March 09 | Candidates to download the Hall tickets with instructions |
| 9th May – 12th June 2009 | BITSAT Online tests |
