List of Candidates Awarded Scholarship under Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship.
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Govt of India has introduced a scholarship scheme titled “Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students” from the year 2008 with the objective to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from low income families to meet day to day expenses while pursuing higher studies.
The detailed guidelines of the said scheme, eligibility criteria and application form are available on the Board’s website www.cbse.nic.in.
In this regard, the CBSE had last invited the applications in the month of December, 2008 the results of which have been declared.
